Eligible items may be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Return eligibility

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

• Original packaging, tags, accessories, and included gifts must be returned.

• Hygiene, personalized, clearance, or vendor-specific items may be final sale when disclosed on the product page.

How to request a return

1. Request an RMA before sending anything back. Text or WhatsApp +1 (312) 918-8600, or email support@muslimbazaar.us.

2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.

3. Pack securely and use trackable shipping. Unless caused by our error, the buyer pays return shipping.

Refunds

After the item is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. Original shipping is not refundable unless the return was caused by our error.
