You have 7 days from the day you receive your product to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition - unused, and with all the original packaging and accessories. The product must be in the same condition that you received it to ensure a smooth return process.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Before sending your product back, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Our team will guide you through the steps and provide specific instructions tailored to your return.
2. Ship the Product: Once you have received your RMA approval, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include any accessories or free gifts that came in the same package. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

Refund Process

Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow us a reasonable timeframe to process your request. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. If the return is not due to our error, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
