Easy 7-Day Returns
Changed your mind, or something is not right? You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for online orders, or 7 days of purchase in our Hoffman Estates store.
How it works
- Request a return by text or WhatsApp at +1 (312) 918-8600, or email support@muslimbazaar.us, with your order or receipt number.
- We will send you instructions. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with tags and any included accessories or gifts.
- Once we receive and check the item, we refund your original payment method or give you store credit, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping
If your item arrived damaged, defective or not as described, we cover return shipping. Otherwise, the buyer pays return shipping, and original shipping is not refunded.
Items we cannot take back
Opened or used fragrances, attars and body care; food and grocery items; personal-care items; personalized or custom-made items; clearance and final-sale items; and gift cards, unless they arrive damaged, defective or not as described.
